Mato Grosso do Sul is a state located in the Central-West region of Brazil, renowned for its biodiversity and natural beauty. Covering an area of approximately 357,125 km², it is the sixth-largest state in Brazil. It shares borders with the states of Mato Grosso, Goiás, and Minas Gerais, as well as with the neighbouring countries of Bolivia and Paraguay. Below are some general details about the state:
